Datasets
Units
Volumes are shown in the unit reported by the source. Raw liters and liters at 40% ABV are never mixed in one chart. Where the source provides a conversion basis, both are preserved.
Preliminary vs. final
Preliminary periods and incomplete years are labelled visibly and are excluded from direct comparisons with completed periods.
Revisions
Prior values are preserved when the publisher revises a figure. Public views show the current revision; earlier revisions are retained for audit.
Calculated fields
Percentage shares and year-over-year changes are calculated from the current-revision values above. Domestic consumption is not inferred from production minus exports.
