Traditionally crafted Highland tequila produced at NOM 1579 (Destilería El Pandillo) by master distiller Felipe J. Camarena. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave using stone ovens, tahona extraction, open-air fermentation, and copper pot distillation, then oxygenated prior to bottling for a softer mouthfeel.
