Agave Atlas is an independent informational platform focused on tequila, mezcal, and the broader agave-spirit industry. Agave Atlas does not sell alcohol through the website. Information about products, brands, distilleries (NOMs), production, availability, and industry data is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

By accessing or using Agave Atlas (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You represent that you are of legal drinking age in the jurisdiction where you access the Service and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. The Service is not intended for anyone below the legal drinking age.

When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial, informational purposes, subject to these Terms. You may view content, save collections and favorites, submit reviews and ratings where supported, and interact with features as intended.

The Service, including its design, editorial content, software, data compilations, and other original materials, is owned by Agave Atlas or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service.

Brand names, product names, bottle images, logos, distillery references, NOM registrations, and related materials referenced on the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only. Their use on the Service does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or commercial affiliation unless explicitly stated. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, please contact us.

If the Service allows you to submit reviews, ratings, corrections, availability reports, or other content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your User Content and grant Agave Atlas a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), display, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You represent that your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party and complies with these Terms. We may remove or moderate User Content at our discretion.

Product information, brand and NOM assignments, distillery details, production attributes, availability, pricing, market and industry data, and related content are provided for informational purposes only. We work to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that content on the Service is complete, current, or free from errors. Product availability and pricing shown by third parties can change without notice. You should independently verify any information you rely on.

References to brands, distilleries, retailers, or other third parties are for informational purposes. They do not constitute endorsement, sponsorship, or commercial affiliation unless explicitly stated.

The Service may link to or interoperate with third-party websites and services. Those websites and services are operated independently and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Agave Atlas is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party websites and services.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, content, and availability. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe present a risk to the Service or its users.

Agave Atlas does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that content on the Service will be accurate or reliable.
