The name Terralta (“high land”) reflects both the Highlands of Jalisco and the brand’s focus on showcasing the distinctive mineral-rich terroir of the region. Made from mature Blue Weber agave grown in Los Altos de Jalisco, Terralta emphasizes traditional tequila-making techniques including stone oven cooking, tahona extraction, open-air fermentation, and copper pot distillation. Produced without additives, the brand is known for rich agave character, earthy minerality, and balanced complexity.
