Overview
Additive-free Blanco tequila produced at Cascahuín Distillery (NOM 1123) in El Arenal, Jalisco, highlighting the natural character of mature Blue Weber agave through traditional production methods.
Aguasol Blanco is an additive-free tequila crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave and produced at Cascahuín Distillery (NOM 1123) in El Arenal, Jalisco. Distilled using traditional methods, it is designed to showcase the clean, vibrant character of agave with a balanced profile suitable for sipping or cocktails. The tequila is produced from agave grown in the Los Valles region of Jalisco. The agaves are cooked in traditional stone and brick ovens, crushed using a roller mill, fermented in stainless steel tanks without agave fibers using deep well water, and distilled twice in stainless steel pot stills fitted with copper coils. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), Aguasol Blanco contains no additives and reflects the craftsmanship and production standards of the Cascahuín Distillery.
