Aguasol Reposado is an additive-free tequila crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave and produced at Cascahuín Distillery (NOM 1123) in El Arenal, Jalisco. After traditional production, the tequila is matured in American white oak barrels, developing notes of vanilla, baking spice, and light oak while preserving the fresh agave character that defines the brand. The tequila is made using mature agave grown in the Los Valles region of Jalisco. Production includes cooking the agaves in traditional stone and brick ovens, roller mill extraction, fermentation in stainless steel tanks without agave fibers using deep well water, and double distillation in stainless steel pot stills with copper coils. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), Aguasol Reposado is produced without additives and reflects the traditional craftsmanship of the Cascahuín Distillery.
