Overview
Additive-free reposado tequila handcrafted at El Pandillo Distillery (NOM 1579), using the proprietary Doble del Alma fermentation process and rested in oak barrels to complement its Highlands agave character.
Nobleza 33 Reposado is handcrafted by fourth-generation master distiller Felipe Camarena at El Pandillo Distillery (NOM 1579) in the Highlands of Jalisco. Produced from mature Blue Weber agave, it is slowly cooked in traditional masonry ovens, crushed using a custom tahona, and crafted using the proprietary Doble del Alma fermentation process, in which agave juice and fibers are fermented separately before blending. Each component is distilled in copper pot stills prior to maturation in oak barrels, creating a reposado that balances vibrant agave character with refined notes of vanilla, baking spice, and toasted oak. Produced without additives and bottled at 40% ABV.
