Overview
Additive-free reposado tequila handcrafted at El Pandillo Distillery (NOM 1579), matured in French oak and Sherry casks and bottled at 42% ABV.
Nobleza 33 Reposado Legado is handcrafted by Felipe Camarena at El Pandillo Distillery (NOM 1579) using mature Blue Weber agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco. The tequila is slowly cooked in traditional stone ovens, crushed using a tahona, fermented using the Nobleza 33 proprietary production process, and distilled in copper pot stills. It is matured in French oak barrels and Sherry casks, creating a richer profile with notes of cooked agave, dried fruit, baking spice, vanilla, caramel, and oak. Bottled at 42% ABV, Legado offers greater body and complexity while remaining true to the brand’s additive-free philosophy.
