General Gorostieta Blanco High Proof is an additive-free tequila handcrafted by Felipe Camarena at El Pandillo Distillery (NOM 1579). Produced exclusively from single-estate Blue Weber agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco, it is cooked in traditional masonry ovens, crushed with a tahona, fermented in open-air stainless steel tanks without fibers, and double distilled in copper pot stills. The tequila is bottled at 52% ABV, distilled at or near proof to preserve the natural intensity, texture, and agave character.
