Overview

Additive-free still-strength Blanco tequila produced at Cascahuín Distillery (NOM 1123) in El Arenal, Jalisco. Bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) after resting in stainless steel to deliver a bold, full-flavored expression of Blue Weber agave.

Wild Common Blanco Still Strength is an additive-free, high-proof tequila produced at Cascahuín Distillery (NOM 1123) in El Arenal, Jalisco, in collaboration with the Rosales family. Crafted from mature Blue Weber agave grown in the Los Valles region, it is bottled at still strength to showcase the spirit with minimal dilution and maximum agave character. Production begins with traditional stone and brick oven cooking, followed by a combination of tahona and roller mill extraction. The tequila undergoes open-air fermentation in stainless steel and cement tanks using both fiber-on and fiber-off methods before being double distilled in copper pot stills. Rather than barrel aging, the spirit is rested in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling. Bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) without additives, Wild Common Blanco Still Strength delivers an intense yet balanced profile that highlights the complexity, texture, and natural flavors of traditionally crafted tequila.
