Source & methodology
New York State Liquor Authority — Current Liquor Authority Active Licenses dataset. Every record is preserved using License Permit ID as the primary key. Channel mix and rankings use the state's own Description field with no re-categorization. Parent License ID relationships are preserved for future grouping. Coordinates are stored from the provided Georeference field for mapping.
