Overview

Additive-free extra añejo tequila handcrafted by Felipe Camarena at El Pandillo Distillery (NOM 1579), aged beyond three years to develop exceptional depth while preserving Terralta’s signature mineral-driven agave character.

Terralta Extra Añejo is handcrafted by Felipe Camarena at El Pandillo Distillery (NOM 1579) using mature Blue Weber agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco. The agaves are cooked in traditional stone/brick ovens, extracted using a tahona, fermented in stainless-steel tanks, and double distilled in copper pot stills. Produced exclusively with deep well water drawn from beneath the distillery, the tequila is matured in American oak barrels for more than three years, developing rich notes of cooked agave, caramel, vanilla, dark chocolate, dried fruit, toasted oak, and baking spice while maintaining the distinctive mineral profile that defines the Terralta brand. Produced without additives and bottled at 40% ABV.
