Terralta Reposado is handcrafted by Felipe Camarena at El Pandillo Distillery (NOM 1579) in Jesús María, Jalisco. Produced from mature Highlands Blue Weber agave, the tequila is cooked in traditional stone ovens, crushed using Felipe Camarena’s custom tahona, fermented in stainless-steel tanks, and double distilled in copper pot stills. Unlike other El Pandillo brands that utilize multiple water sources, Terralta is produced exclusively with deep well water drawn from beneath the distillery, giving the tequila its distinctive mineral-driven character. The reposado is matured for approximately eight months in lightly toasted new American oak barrels before bottling at 40% ABV.
